Port Royal Plantation – The second plantation community built on Hilton Head Island, Port Royal has many historical landmarks such as the forts during the Civil War and was the landing site of Captain William Hilton in 1663. It has over 1,000 acres of private residential area with beautiful ocean views from a 3-mile beach and thriving forests as well as golf courses.

Wexford Plantation – South of Hilton Head Island is this 525-acre residential, golf and yachting community, which is perhaps the most grandiose and exclusive gated community in Hilton Head Island. The plantation’s clubhouse alone is worth millions of dollars. Its elegant streets and luxurious homes with private docks characterize this stately neighborhood. An 8-foot windmill and a 37.5-acre harbour are some of unique features of Wexford.
